booking for more than 10 days will benefit from 5% discount. When booking a non
refundable 25% deposit is required. The final balance is due 6 weeks prior to
the date of arrival. If this is not received, the booking cannot be held. NO
REMINDER will be sent. Any reservations taken within six weeks prior to the
arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking. A 100 euro damage deposit
is also required at the time of final payment and will be refunded (less any charges
for breakages/damage) directly on departure Times
of occupation are 4pm for arrival and 10 am for departure unless previously arranged.

also hope to have a smaller 2 - 4 person self contained gite available from Easter
which is currently in the process of renovation. We
